Lodge Capacity and Policy:

Ideal occupancy is 8 guests; a maximum of 12 adults and children combined is permitted, strictly enforced.
Guided UTV Ride, Fire Pit:

Complimentary UTV ride for up to 12 guests. You may tip for this.

No refund if the UTV is undergoing maintenance or if weather conditions deem trails unsafe.​

First round of firewood is on us, additional loads are $20 each, CashApp or Cash only.
Cleaning Policy:

No cleaning fee is charged; guests are responsible for general cleanup and dishwashing before departure.
